Facilitator Recruitment Process

At Bright Futures we understand the wealth of high-quality expertise that lies within the education sector and, in particular, in our schools.  We are committed to working with local schools in each of our designated Hub areas to undertake the following facilitation roles:

  • Early Career Framework (ECF) programme delivery for both Early Career Teachers and Mentors
  • National Professional Qualifications (NPQ) delivery 
  • Appropriate Body (AB) services, including fidelity and coverage checking for the Core and DIY Induction programmes.

Bright Futures Teaching School Hubs already leads a ‘school-led’ delivery arm to support the delivery of its core activities – specifically the facilitation of AB, ECF and NPQs.  We are making preparations for next year and invite colleagues who are interested in joining our delivery team to review our Facilitator Recruitment Process.

  • High quality training and support given to deliver agreed elements

For colleagues interested in supporting our local delivery the following processes are in place:

  • Completion of an ‘Expression of Interest’ below to include an indication of which Programme/s are of interest
  • A follow up informal discussion with a representative of Bright Futures Teaching School Hubs to explore both the essential and desirable Facilitator Qualities
  • Complete a 10 minute Zoom recording using Teach First ECT/NPQ materials to demonstrate aforementioned essential Facilitator qualities coupled with competent Zoom skills
